By converging the Triad’s existing assets – strong global history, network of globally-focused organizations, leading foreign direct investment and export GDP, thousands of students with an international background and diverse immigrant communities – the GO Center will stimulate global entrepreneurship to grow jobs and expand opportunities for global commerce in Greensboro and beyond.

The GO Center will drive economic growth outcomes in the Greensboro and Triad area by:

• Increasing awareness of export resources and opportunities for Triad firms
• Increasing traded job opportunities for Triad students and firms
• Increasing internship opportunities for Triad students with international experience
• Increasing number of international students studying in Triad educational institutions
• Increasing number of opportunities for Triad students to gain international experience
• Increasing number of connections between international firms and the Triad
• Increasing number of students and firms participating in GO Center programs
